The spirit looked at me then, her eyes unfocused, but her gaze keenly upon me. I felt a wave of sadness that seeped into my very soul. She spoke six words, that, though her voice was soft, somehow carried over the howling winds. The snow then picked up to a curtain of white- and when it had subsided a second later, I was alone. Though shaken, I knew what I had to do. I turned and trudged south, to Ponyville, the six words she spoke, spurring me on:
"Tell my daughters I love them." |
