I don't really think she'll hurt the fandom much. She looks pretty classy, at any rate. And most of the time this fandom has flipped its shit, it has been slapped in the face with the exact opposite of its fears. Other than Mare do Well being a morally flawed lesson in public humiliation for Rainbow Dash, I dare say we have yet to be disappointed this season. I don't think the writers would pull a third alicorn out of their asses without knowing what they're doing. |

personally i think cadence looks like a bad hasbro recolor but it's probably just poor swatching from the blurry promo board photos

I've always wondered if she controlled something else. If Celestia and Luna control the Sun & Moon, maybe she controls the tides or the wind? Or perhaps she's a music lover? She might love conducting her own orchestras.
