Love it when the animators include what I assume is actual horse behaviour and expressions into the ponys' animations. Seen this, that surprised foreleg lift (suppressed wheel and bolt?), lots of improving ear-flop action, and Dashie's adorable/awesome rearing and shadow-boxing so far. Anyone else noticing this, and for the horsey types: is it even vaguely accurate? |

Yes, their reactions are not perfect textbook horse, of course, of course. But they do put in a lot of very accurate moments. Scraping her hoof like that is a challenge and very appropriate to putting Spike's intransigence in its place. |
