If "rich millionaires" aren't creating jobs, how are they still millionaires? You have to invest money to make money, and investment creates jobs. |

Actually, you just have to produce and sell something in demand. And if you outsource the labor to an overseas sweatshop, you're investing less and making more. |

bill gates? |

^They invest in corporations that use the cheaper labor laws in China and other poor countries in order to employ more people at less cost. The factories produce cheap goods that are sold to Americans, and create a profit while not actually creating any jobs here in America.
Not ALL millionaires do this, but it IS a common practice (Nike, Hasbro, or car companies that are based in foreign countries but sell mainly to the US.) |

^Actually, most car companies strive to produce vehicles in the US simply because it's cheaper to produce them in the Lower 48 then it is to ship them overseas. This is you can now find many factories in states like South Carolina that bare the Toyota or Mercedes-Benz logo. It is also why states like Michigan and Illinois have been hemorrhaging jobs: it's simply cheaper and easier to do business elsewhere in the country. |

^then why is Detroit a crumbling hellhole ? |

Lol Politics. As for detroit, its because it is structured and dependant totally around two companies which are failing because of structural problems. |

^It's politics concerning economic ideology. |

Reid, stop dragging my unicorns into your goddamn politics.
Also, people get to be millionaires one of two ways: winning at gambling, or investing in a business which makes more money for them than they put into it. Get over it. |
