Spike would be a goner. The only one who could take on Destoroyah in his final form and survive was Anguirus and, albeit smaller than Destoroyah, he was bigger than Spike. |

As for what was said, that was from a comic called Godzilla Legends which essentially is a five-part miniseries by IDW and focuses on a different monster from the Godzilla comic. I have yet to read it but from what I have seen from pictures, the artwork is pretty good and there's mythology gags galore. |
