I thought it was one of the old discontinued kid's paintball toys, it used these special reusable sponge paintballs. It had problems, especially with spatter of the balls as they were launched from the tube. You had to crank every shot like a BB airgun. It was their way of cutting down costs of supplies. I've lost the name, but I'll come back here when I find it. It could be a Crosman manufacture. They went out of the paintball business after it failed to sell - now only carry regular sport guns. |

The gun is a nerf gun. From the Max Force series. It's call Sawtooth and was released in 1994. It had magazines of 5 nerf darts. The blue part could be taken off and placed on top of the gun as a sight. The orange shoulder rest and collapse. You had to pull the orange bars back to cock the gun and move the next dart into firing position. |

Right. I was thinking of the Battle MAX Markerball gun by Franklin.
Only useful thing out of that franchise are the obstacles, can be used for ANYTHING.  |
