I'm not to sure whether or not this is antrho or... feral? Or what was the "normal" body type called again? Since it looks like it could be either. The vulva is placed a bit closer to a humans location, but it could just be the perspective.

No sex acts going on here, so re-classifying as Questionable.

^ The genitals of Equestrian ponies aren't drawn in the show, and they're shown to be much more flexible than horses (and physically different in a number of other ways). No reason to believe the genitals are positioned exactly the same.

#764028: ...is that really the new rule? This is pretty clearly porn...

The rules say NSFW --> Explicit tag, and this is very very NSFW. Back to explicit.

Again, please read the rules. They may change, but that is the way they are right now.

Spreading herself open for the viewer → porn or gynaecological examination. And there really isn't any middle ground, very specialist publications aside.

Generally boobage is questionable, but vag and such is explicit.

@Silver: I'm just going by general anatomy of.. pretty much 99 % of all animals to my knowledge, humans included. The vaginal canal follows the spine, not the legs, as parts of the vulva is "attached" to the pubic bone.
Much else would lead to a bent vagina from the womb to the labia. It would be as if humans would give birth with our vulva's about the same placement as a males penis.

This specific picture leans quite a bit on the edge possibly, but I'm sure you've seen the ones that push it over the edge anatomy wise.
As for ratings: If the genitals are just "there" for the sake of anatomy, it's questionable, if they are erect (vulva's get erect to) or presented in a suggestive manor, it's explicit. At least that's what I've understood.
