Tara Strong wasn't so happy with the VGA. Not because she lost, but because of how they presented the best actors award. They did it in a montage instead of doing it live. |

I think all award for video games are pointless, they all use the same system to find the winner, popular vote, so the game that get's "best game" isn't always the best, just the one that sold the most and people liked. |

Boo, hiss! The VGAs suck. Back when it was the "Best performance by a human" category they had no problem parading around celebrities who phoned in a half-assed voice over or let them put their face on a game's box, but now that it's an award for legit voice actors, they just shove it aside and don't give a shit. |

Then what else did you expect! Have you seen how many commercial breaks there are whenever they do a Starwars marathon?? Those guys are all about advertisement and little about quality TV, I swear. I'd just avoid that channel entirely these days. Poor Tara and Mark. |

Yeah... I dunno about Skyrim... But is a so recent game.. In a month it won game of the year already, and that's because like it was mentioned, those are chosen by the people, I remember the year when Oblivion and Twilight Princess fought for the title... Gears of War did, so yeah, these kind of awards are pointless.
Also, bullshit, not giving the proper attention to voice actors. |

They do it in montage because they can control the length of all parts, to run in the time allotted for the program. No need turn on the full capacity restrooms' water for the intermission, just the small lower floor ones by the snack bar. |
