Also the oesophagus ends up in the heart. And ribs in their bellies. I don't think we're meant to take it seriously, guise. And given that if you take the charts at face value, dogs have a greater brain size relative to their bodies than y'actual little ponies.
Though that's actually a relatively accurate x-ray of a horse's foreleg. The little bone at the back? Distal sesamoid. I was constructing some crazy theory about it articulating to make poni hooves into some sort of marshmallow-based sucker mechanism, but then I internetted it for myself. Shame. |

I can't accept these images as an accurately scaled representation of pony anatomy, because they are in a doctors office for the young, and in real life, children's offices can have extremely generalized pictures of the human body. |
