So, here's the story on this: I watched the episode this morning, and the cloak at the end, that was giving to pinkie pie, just reminded me the whole time of Brace yourself meme. So, i went to do other stuff while waiting for episode to be on youtube. And i just had that nagging image in my head, i was going to shop it, "adjust" the meme based on the new cloak, and upload it before someone else post the idea. I had a really nice "Grats Spike, you are now rainbow dash" picture, but i never uploaded it because i knew someone was going to, or i would have some people tell me that i was the most unoriginal person existing. Then a friend later that week told me "Hey dude, you have the best shop of spike through the billions crappy edits ive seen, why didnt you upload it?" So, i went on with it, and decided to do it. Then uploaded it. Then i went on and waited a bit to see comments...when i refreshed i saw the Ruby_Pinch tag. wondered why. Then i finally saw the horn, which i dont know why i had COMPLETLY forgot about, most likely in my daze to "get it done" After that, everything kind of fell flat on the face. Even if its a simple shop, i still took some time to actually work on it, you can barely tell its a shop unless like 235, you remember that the cape was white. I couldve simply opened MS Paint, take Light Blue and put it all over the cape and call it a day, but i didnt, i made sure it was the EXACT same blue as in the show, then i made sure to take a tone that would keep the art style intact. But now it's all work for nothing. I failed you guys :( |
