OP here. I drew name inspirations from Nsko's works, yes. I drew up the continents and borders, however, based off of various globes seen in FiM, in both Call of the Cutie and Secret of my Excess. |

Hmm, I'm wondering whether I should really take that globe as my headcanon and adjust my map. By my world's logic, I'd play it up to the Equestrians been too sheltered to be accurate cartographers (to explain the inconsistencies - my map was modeled around the stained glass map in Celestia's throne room).
Although, some point out that if you tilted my map a bit, it matches that globe *somewhat*. I don't see it though XD |
