That's Antarctica on top.
Followed by South America, the Panama isthmus, and North America. Africa and the Iberian Peninsula is to the right. Basically, this is Earth in the far, far future. |

Well, the left-hand continent vaguely resembles the Americas, but the right-hand continent isn't Europe or Africa. And apparently Equestria has a north polar continent, unlike Earth. |
