Hang on a sec... Aquilinus said that the Eerie Eye is a placeholder symbol borrowed from Nightmare Night, which by extension makes it a symbol of Princess Luna.
Those guys might still be Watchers, but wearing the symbol of their boss isn't really a clue. With Luna using the Eerie Eye in the uniform of her guards, does this mean that ponies will start using a new symbol for the Watchers? |
