^ To an extent, yes.

Discord wants to spread his insanity all over Equestria, and isn't afraid of selling his standards to do so.

Celestia is obsessed with order, and will go so far as to strip her little ponies of their freedom to preserve it.

Luna desires freedom in her little ponies, and will go so far as defy her older sister, and even sell her soul to evil, to ensure they stay free.

"Discord wants to spread his insanity all over Equestria, and isn't afraid of selling his standards to do so."

Only one I found partially accurate. He doesn't really have standards to sell, though.

"Celestia is obsessed with order, and will go so far as to strip her little ponies of their freedom to preserve it."

Yeah, like the way she acted when she saw Twilight Sparkle wanted to stay with her friends in Ponyville instead of continuing her studies in Canterlot: she allowed Twilight Sparkle to stay with her friends in Ponyville! Or when she invited Twilight and her friends to the Grand Galloping Gala specifically in the hopes that they would disrupt the dull, stuffy proceedings and make it interesting for the first time in years! Or when she came to Sugarcube Corner for a visit, and Pinkie Pie stole a cupcake from her, she din't punish her or even get upset. Or when Fluttershy stole her pet phoenix in a misguided attempt to care for her, Celestia forgave her completely and found the idea of banishing/imprisoning her for her actions ridiculous. Or how about when she relieved Twilight Sparkle of her letter-writing responsibilities when she was having a breakdown over them!

...Actually, that doesn't sound like she's obsessed with order or stripping ponies of their freedoms at all. Sounds more like she cares deeply for the happiness and well-being of her subjects, but wishes they would stop being so uptight around her. Seems like she's only a cruel tyrant obsessed with order in fanon. Almost like they're making the amateur writer's mistake of letting the plot dictate the character's actions, instead of the other way around.

"Luna desires freedom in her little ponies, and will go so far as defy her older sister, and even sell her soul to evil, to ensure they stay free."

Didn't you watch "Mare in the Moon?!" Luna wanted LOVE AND RECOGNITION, not freedom. She turned to evil because she felt her subjects weren't appreciating her and was willing to subject her to the equivalent of a nuclear winter because of it. It's difficult to "stay free" when you're wondering whether you'll die from extreme cold or starvation.

^ He sure did

If anything Celestia acts like a real life horse's herd leader (called a Bossmare) while she does have total power and control over the herd she takes great efford in keeping the herd safe, and happy

If anything being a Tyrant can't work, because a horsae will just flee form something they're scared of

^ Except Celestia doesn't afraid of anything. Well she freaked out a bit over Discord, but that's understandable. She thought he was gone after beating him once already and this time she was stripped of her god-banishing weapon.

Backup plan: Send Elements of Harmony after Discord.
Backup, backup plan: Restore Twilight from inevitable discording with War Plan Nostalgia Spam.
Backup, backup, backup plan: Something with Pinkie Pie?
...
Backup plan to the ^nth: BITCH, I RAISE THE SUN! I HOPE YOU LIKE FRIED BANANAS!

Check out Celestia's expression in this pic, she is in throwdown mode.
