So I saw a picture a friend of mine made of this same character, and saw that it was my ex's OC. Now, don't assume I hold a grudge against my ex because we broke up, the reason I broke up with her was because she was a bitch, but anyway, let's go back to the main topic.
I went to her dA gallery, and managed to find her first (and only) picture of her Ponysona. When she actually showed it to me before submitting it, I told her to remove either the wings or horn, because if someone saw that the OC was an Alicorn, they'd call it a Mary Sue and other shit, she refused, and what was created was this idiotic Mary Sue. To make it worse, it has the same size as a normal pony, which kinda makes it even worse. Also, I thought this was it, until I saw the description, and that just made me laugh at her stupidity, here's the main part of it: "So yeah this is WillowWhistle and yes she has a horn and wings get over it betch >:U ..I think shes Fluttershy's sister XD" Yeah... Besides being an Alicorn, she's apparently Fluttershy's sister... Self-Insert... That only adds to the Mary Sueness, or whatever term that should go there. So why did I post this here? I just wanted people to make their honest comment on this Mary Sue. And probably help me show her that Alicorn OCs aren't quite allowed unless they're actually good, like some I've seen here... And no, I don't mean Nyx or some other OC you guys seem to hate like hell, I mean characters like ponified Arceus, and the Season Alicorns I've seen here some time ago. Also, she turned 13 this year, I think that's why she made such a horrible Mary Sue... But hey, at least she's not as bad as Griffy, right guys? That's one good thing out of lots of bad stuff. TL;DR: Alicorn OC, the creator apparently made her Fluttershy's sister, Mary Sue alert going off. |
