^^ The best I can put it as is this: they're both extroverted, flashy ponies who enjoy parties, dressing up and making other ponies feel good - Pinkie by throwing them parties and making them laugh, Rarity by creating clothes for them and making them look beautiful.
It's a weird ship, to be sure, but I can see how you can make it work. Pinkie needs a bit more focus and center; Rarity a bit more spontaneity and willingness to laugh at herself. |
