I didn't think we were out to make this sort of argument. I actually thought we were here just to make our own fan art of ponies, bringing in other cultural influences for a bit of fun every now and then, and sharing our love for the show that brought us all together.
That said, I did laugh at this quite a bit. I've seen all of those points in the comic brought up at some time or another. XD |

I think the thing separating our fandom form theirs is the decay on their side is mostly brought on by misplaced nostalgia and nobody liking any recent installments of their games.
we don't have years of nostalgia that makes us freak out and call every new episode a sell out that is jumping the shark. |

1. People don't bitch at Hasbro for not using Fanon Names
2.People who say canon sucks and Fanon is better are delusional 3.What AdrianBrony said and should G5 be much like this I do wish that people wouldn't get all uppity about it not being the same thing. (That's not to say they aren't free to express their opinion on it) 4.People who act like this need to reevaluate what is worthy to get mad over and what isn't(Personally if the crossover art is good I don't honestly care. Save it's with a less than stellar medium. Case in point could be argued here but I don't care less.) 5.Does it really matter? 6.Ponies are something everyone shouldn't take this seriously. I honestly think if people had a little more care free attitude when it comes to certain things maybe the fandom overall can get back to April-May of this year which were arguably the best months of the fandom IMO.
