WIEIETW stands for: Where in Equestria is Echo the Wonderbolt.
The answer for the question is probably: "You barium/Barium (bury'em)"

Oh wow, thank you first anon. Considering what "elements" means in Equestria, I thought this was severe grimdark.

It's just probably, you know, just as Scumbag_Crowley said, it could be the rock ornament in the old castle.
Or maybe she will appear in one grimdark ask pony tumblr.

The problem with the old castle theory is that, even though the image shows a typical glass pane from castles, the coloring does not makes sense.

I am thinking that she might appear on some Ask Rarity or Sweetie Belle tumblr, because of the colors, but the question would not make much sense.

Let's brainstorm here.

Is that just a really, really zoomed-in image of the stained-glass windows featuring the Elements of Harmony?

Notes:
-Echo The Wonderbolt is blind. But she bears the capacity of Echolocation, which is her cutie mark.

-Barium can be used to make paint, glass and it is also used on fireworks to color the explosion.

-The image does not matches with any of the glass panels on the Royal Castle on the first episode of the second season.

-The image does not matches with any of the glass panels at the second episode of the first season.

Notice that on the extreme left, neat the top corner, there's two pieces that are slightly more pinkish.

It's either the old castle in the Evergreen forest, or the room where Celestia keeps the Elements now.
