Statuory rape is when it is consensual, but with a minor. Thus, it's legally rape, regardless of consent. |

statutory rape is when you have relations with a person who is not legally capable of consent. as a minor, scootaloo can consent as much as she wants but it would still be statutory rape. |

I use to sound a bit to radical when I talk about anarchism. Honestly, I only mean that I want people to stand together for trusting and believing in each other, not because laws, rules or hierarchy tells them to do so. I think pretty much like this: "as long as it harms no one, mentally or physically, it's okay", which is the reason I mentioned anarchism in the first place. The problem is: nowadays, most people only knows hate and intolerance, and an anarchy would only truly work without a if people embraced love and tolerance. Like you said, it would be a disaster. Humanity is barely ready for democracy, and much less for anarchism. Sorry if I sounded too harsh! |
