Applejack and the Chariot Arcana
The Chariot Arcana in P3 and P4 was represented by characters with a strong drive for physical performance, not for self, but for others. Kazushi vowed to become a champion in swimming, track, or kendo as part of a promise to his nephew in the hospital, even though the labor put his health in danger. Applejack’s ties and dedication to her family’s farm put her own health and others at risk when she tried taking on a massive task without any help. With Chie, her goal to train hard in order to combat the Shadows shows her dedication to find the serial killer and protect the people of her hometown of Inaba. I can also see a strong resemblance between both Chie and Applejack in terms of having a powerful kick. I don’t think there would be anything left of a Shadow if it were hit by both Chie’s sky rocketing kick and a buck from Applejack’s hind legs. The yellow and red of the card match her colors as well, especially with orange being the middle ground of the two. |
