I've always imagined the Stare as a rapid barrage of hellish, psychologically wounding imagery hammered into the victim's psyche, paralyzing them where they stand as their mind fights itself. Basically, a shotgun blast full of mindfuck. Not lethal however, and once eye contact is broken or the user breaks off, the victim returns to normal, if not shitting their pants.
For irony's sake, the Stare is only passed down to those with a pure, innocent aura, actions notwithstanding. |
