^ True but I kind of sick of the very unrealistic stuff aimed at girls, like you can be anything even a real life princess by only keeping a smile on your face then your just made one with out even having the "fairy tale prince" fall in love and marry you. |

In any other show, she'd be like the OP described, or she'd be a shallow fashion slave only interested in boys and clothes. That was actually my initial assumption of Rarity (only episode 3 and she's already gushing about... HIM). It wasn't until Rarity got more time in the spotlight that I really started to appreciate her character. |

Yep, for years they've been telling boys and girls that they could be anything they wanted to be, but they always leave out the part that goes, "But you have to work for it, and I don't mean screaming or begging."
