@ ARTIST: Your blog is severely bland, repetitive, and badly written. It's obvious you have no idea how a mental institution is and in fact, have little knowledge of mental disorders at all. Simply Googling mental disorders and labeling your characters with them doesn't make it fascinating. It's not cute. It's not thought provoking. It's got nothing going for it other then the curious twist on the MLP characters, and loosely at that. I've done a bit of research and noted that all of your characters are always the same. The way they look, their bodies (unhealthily thin in most cases), hair and personalities... pretty much the same “I'm sooo fucked up I MUST be interesting/badass” standard. As an artist, hey, you're great. You know what you're doing and have a unique style. But as a writer, you're horrible. I don't think even YOU know what the plot is because you're honestly not doing anything about moving it along or giving it any depth. It has potential. It does. But there needs to be an actual story to it other then humanizing the characters and labeling them insane. Please correct that and maybe I won't die a little inside (and I mean not the nicest way possible). |

^ Ain't mad. Just giving out my honest opinion. Actually disappointed more than anything. I do like the concept, very much. And like I said, it has potential. But she fumbles the delivery with vague answers and no plot and that's just frustrating. What annoys me the most, is that people get the idea that this is "sooo deep" and "omg this is some twisted shit". No. Stop it. It isn't. And it doesn't make you badass for doing so. Again, I BEG THE ARTIST TO LEARN HOW TO WRITE. If that makes me mad, then that's cool. I can live with that. |
