@Heinous: One of the standard responses you'll get from random guards in Skyrim is:
"I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow in the knee." Literally every guard in the game can say this and you hear it quite often, which means that every guard in Skyrim apparently once was an adventurer but took an arrow in the knee. That's where the whole "arrow in the knee" meme comes from. |
