So now we know that 6 of the Doctors were actually ponies. |

at least two of the doctors know the coolness of bowties |

I'd say the hairstyle makes him look more like Peter Davison. |

Or maybe John Simm as The Master. |

^ Bow ties are cool. Though if top hat is Doctor #11 and redcoat is Doctor #3 then the last picture has the wrong hair color to be Doctor #2.
Though the hair-style, with the Three Stooges Moe cut does look pretty close. It doesn't make sense that he'd dye it to disguise himself as his future incarnations would remember him doing that. But Time Ponies are a mysterious bunch and clearly this Garden Party was a very important temporal leverage point. |

He does looks more like Peter Davison. I mean, he was playing cricket on the episode after all! |

Top hat is 11, Red Jacket is 3 and the one on the bottom is The Master. |

Bottom one is #5. |

#734011 John Simms never had that hairstyle, it was either slicked back or short and spikey. |

I really don't see the second Doctor here. If he was the second Doctor, he would have a mop-top haircut instead of wavy hair like Matt Smith. |
