Boy, for someone who considers Spike to be a baby dragon, Twilight sure does leave him behind a lot. If she's going to send him off to do so called royal business and leave him while she goes and hangs out with Spikes crush, the least she could do is treat him like a teenager. |

@Dreaper - He could have been sick, got caught up in his own conflicts, etc etc.
After all, Twilight is very forgiving. I'm sure she would understand if Spike had to decline due to a huge issue. I'm sure it wasn't a decision Spike made lightly. |

Somepony has to run the library in Twilight's absence and Owlicious can't do it. You need hands and a voice and to be trusted.

well, he IS a baby dragon, and he probably were not really able to go along because he had to look after the library, and they would probably party late into the evening, when he would fall asleep and miss out on the fun anyhow.
