^They're two characters from the fanfic Fallout Equestria: Project Horizons - Rampage and Pisces Zodiac. Neither of which are actually sea ponies, but I really enjoy drawing Rampage as one, and it seemed fitting for Pisces, though her appearance hasn't been officially revealed in the story yet. |
