Really? I can get Creme Eggs all year 'round here. We also get Scream Eggs at Halloween. :P |

I will go to my grave convinced that shamrock shakes are just Vanilla shakes with green food coloring. |

In the US you only get them at Easter time. |

In Equestria Shamrock skakes are made with real shamrocks. |

Do you at least get Kinder Eggs? They're a bit easier to come across both here and on the continent. |

*Blinks* Whats a Kinder Egg? |
| DeeperMadness #732080 7 months ago |
Ah.
Erm... They're hollow milk chocolate eggs with a little plastic capsule inside. Inside that capsule is a little toy or miniature figurine (the latter famous for being hand painted) which can be hugely collectable. They often tie-in with things such as The Smurfs, but it's usually in-house design things. At Easter, they have huge ones filled with bigger toys (I had one the size of an Action Man once that came with a fully-working hang glider. God that thing could glide.). Oh, and it's pronounced Kihn-der, as opposed to ky-nder. You've really never heard of them? Kids'd pull their own mothers over just to have one. |

Nope. Sorry Deep. We must not get them here in New York State. |

Ah, no worries, mate. :)
I will suggest this "delicacy" for you to try next time though. |

Me too, Derpy.
I haven't seen Shamrock shakes in awhile, although I haven't ate at McDonalds in a long time. |

Kinder Eggs can't be sold in or imported into the US. Our regulations say food shouldn't have non-food hidden inside it. |

^What if you brought some into the country from Canada?
Do some Americans really think that the rest of the country can't differentiate between inedible hard plastic and delicious chocolate? |

Cerulean, they made Wonder Balls in the U.S. It was killed off due to low sales and high handling damage. Endless quantities were found in the 99 cents stores. Almost all were BROKEN candy which fell apart when unwrapped.
Besides, Crackerjacks have a wrapped toy in it. Now it's just a paper sticker. I remember the change. I thought I was horribly gypped. |

^^ Seized as contraband, mostly because American border guards are dicks who will gladly exploit a legit excuse to take your chocolate.
^Not sure how Wonder Balls got a pass, but the law draws a distinction between a thing being in a box with food and literally being inside food. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinder_Surprise#Prohibition_on_sale_or_import_into_the_United_States |
