In my head I always pictured the following:
Fluttershy is the love child of Nurgle and Isha. Pinkie Pie is Tzeentch (for her general randomness) and Twilight Sparkle is Ahriman. Watch "Feeling Pinkie Keen" again with this in the back of your head and try not to laugh. Rarity is Slaanesh and Khorne i couldn't really place. Fluttershy works for that too I guess but Nurglings get equally mad when you threaten them (but they're nice most of the time). If I'da made anyone Khorne it woulda been Gilda. |

@789 As I stated, I'm working on a cross over fanfic. The Ruinous Powers end up corrupting most of the Mane Cast (and Trixie) and Applejack is the one who's gotta break em free. |

@WildHeart: yes, but she's the uncorrupted one in this case. Plus Nurglite rarity also makes sense: she's being generous with the gifts of Nurgle. (More elaboration will come as I work on the fic.) |

My personal headcanon before this pic:
AJ - Khorne (Physically strongest of the mane 6) Fluttershy - Nurgle (Nurgle often has nature-related imagery) Rarity - Slaanesh (Despite her generosity, both Discord and her perfectionism show that she can be pretty selfish. Plus, like Spike, I have a fetish for her hair. RARITY, Y U NO STOP SEDUCING ME?!) Dash - Slaanesh again (If I recall correctly, the Dark Prince has a lot of bikers in hir employ, and Cutie Mark Chronicles confirms Dash is a total Speedfreak. "I liked it... a LOT.") Twilight - Tzeentch (Do I even need to explain this?) And I totally agree with you on Pinkie. Slaanesh is the only one who can satisfy her desire to party. Big Mac might be Nurgle or Khorne (or even both!) Zecora might be Tzeentchian. The CMC would be undivided, because I'm too lazy to bother with them. and I have no clue who Spike would follow. |

As for Rar being Nurglite, it also has to do with Nurgle being a rather nice guy to his followers. (He could also be some sort of gentleman (gentlegod?) considering he rescued Isha from Slaanesh) |
