I always found it strange, that the handle isn't used for steering. This is more like a scateboard. |

I imagine the handle's more for stability, otherwise she'd probably launch herself off the thing, seeing as how she uses her wings. |

There are skateboards with a similar handle design, only it's collapsible too.
Either way, it's practical, it's cool, and it makes Scootaloo look awesome |
