It shouldn't be to hard to make an 3d effect. The bigger the difference between cyan and red is, the farther(or closer) the effect gets.
I would like somepony to play with that actually :D |

Actually, it worked for me using an old pair of right-blue/left-red 3D glasses. |

But there's no actual 3D, just a glitch on the eyelash. What we want is something where some parts of the image seem closer than others. |

too many jpeg artifacts, the colors' edges have to be sharper. Try PNG next time. |
