And now it's time for Bum Reviews with Chester A. Bum.
Tonight's review: My Little Pony: The Mysterious Mare-Do-Well. OOOOOH MY GOD THIS IS THE GREATEST EPISODE I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! My Little SPOILERS! So the episode starts out with Scootaloo! And she runs a cute little Rainbow Dash fan club! -I- ran a fan club once! It was the Happy Madison fan club! But everypony forced me to disband it after they released Strange Wilderness. So one day Rainbow Dash saves a little foal stuck in a well! It was kind of like an episode of Lassie condensed into ten seconds! It was like: "Help!" "I'll save you!" -woosh- The end! But I digress. So all these disasters happen, and Rainbow Dash saves the day each time! And Rainbow is like: "Woohoo! I'm a hero now! Everypony worship me!" And everypony else is like: "We love you Rainbow Dash!" But her friends are like: "Wow, what an attention horse!" She was kind of like how Iron Man was in Iron Man 2! Except Berry Punch drank all the booze before Rainbow Dash could get to it. So anyway, one day, a hot air balloon pops and goes crashing to the ground! But before Rainbow Dash can get to it, a masked mare appears and saves the day! And she's like a combination of Darkwing Duck and Batman! She dresses like Darkwing Duck, And runs away before people finish sentences like Batman! It was like: "I'm Batman. Let's get... DANGEROUS!" So the mayor of Ponyville decides to name the new superhero "The Mysterious Mare-Do-Well!" So Mare-do-Well keeps outshining Rainbow Dash at everything! She's super strong, super quick, can use magic, and can fly. And I'm like: "OH MY GOD! Celestia is finally doing something for her people!" Seriously, outside of that one time when she came to Ponyville to correct Twilight's magic mishap, we've never seen her do anything! So anyway, one day they hold a celebration for Mare-Do-Well! And Rainbow Dash comes in and tries to unmask her! So there's a big chase scene! And Mare-Do-Well shows off her Batman skills by making it appear she's in multiple places at once! So Rainbow finally catches up to her and pulls her mask off! Who is it? It's Pinkie Pie! ... What? But then another Mare-Do-Well appears! And it's Twilight Sparkle! And then another appears! And it's Applejack! And so it turns out that all of her friends were in on it! Rarity made the costume, Applejack, Twilight, and Pinkie saved the day at different times, And Fluttershy did a fly-by just to confuse her! And the moral of the story is to be humble with your accomplishments! In all, I liked this episode! It taught me to stop bragging about how much change I get in a week to the other bums! I once got enough change to remodel my home from a can of Pepsi into a can of Natural Light! But I digress. This is Chester A. Bum saying, CHANGE? YA GOT CHANGE? Ah come on, help a guy out, will ya? Come on, change! Come on, I'll use it to get a superhero costume! Bum Man needs a new look! |
