Well Equestria being a kingdom it obviously is not composed of States, so the artist probably had in mind counties but still it does sound awkward.
county: A county is a jurisdiction of local government in certain modern nations. |

This isn't great. They really should've made an effort to make Celesita grey/green to fit with the rest of the bill.
And 'United Counts'? Might want to start looking at different countries. "The Principality of Equestria" would've worked better. |
