Fedora and three-piece suit is the standard uniform for your hard-boiled newspaper reporter and/or private eye, so I can't say for sure that it's a direct homage. I'm willing to call it though; it's close enough to at least have been inspired a little. |

The "trenchcoated reporter" look is an old staple. It's hardly something specific to L.A. Noire. The entire look, right down to the "press" tag in the hat band, has been kicking around for decades. |
