Well, I think "Mysterious Mare Do Well" is a title in itself because we all know that isn't their real name. And we'd have to analyze every screenshot so we know exactly WHO is wearing the outfit that time if we wanted to use their name.
Mysterious Mare Do Well is my vote, it's the full title. |

Why not just use both?
If you actually want to get technical, than Mare_Do_Well is the only proper tag to use. It's established multiple times in the episode that the persona's name is Mare Do Well, "The Mysterious" Mare Do Well is just a generic super hero title akin to "The Spectacular" Spider-Man. But again, I see no real reason not to just use both. |

I'd say that Mysterious_Mare_Do_Well refers to the episode itself. Mare_Do_Well is the heroine(s). |

I say both if only because when using an exact words system like the tagging thing redundancy is a very good thing to have. |
