Do I need to read homestuck to get these?
'Cause that'll take me forever. |
| cyber95 #703655 8 months ago |
No. There are a few jokes here and there that are problem sleuth/homestuck references, but overall it seems to be more the Adventure style rather than Homestuck parody. And I am thankful for that. |

Its a reader-driven text adventure and you need to read Problem Sleuth to get it, I havent noticed a single Homestuck reference so far. |

I just started reading Homestuck in a new tab and I'm so freakin' confused! |
| Roboshi #703667 8 months ago |
WAH! Did someone read my mind?
I swear that was my mind doing something while I wasn't looking. ..and this time it wasn't illegal |

Does anyone actually talk in it?!?!?!
Is it all just hanging posters?!?!?!?!? |
| Sevireth #703683 8 months ago |
no speech bubbles dont expect that
and start with Problem Sleuth, seriously. it -will- prepare you. |
| HeinousActsZX #703697 8 months ago |
Okay, I'll start with that.
I swear, though, I found Inception easier to comprehend. |
| PVRyohei #703705 8 months ago |
I never read Problem Sleuth and I'm having no problems reading Homestuck. Is it any good? I will probably give it a chance after I catch up with Homestuck. |

Dang it, I wanted her to hug the padlock open... |
| HeinousActsZX #703717 8 months ago |
>Get key
>gets gun he doesn't have Wha... |
| cyber95 #703718 8 months ago |
I strongly believe that Problem Sleuth was better than Homestuck is. Homestuck has a greater scope to it, but I feel like that sort of let it get away from itself. Problem Sleuth sort of stayed fun the whole time. |
| HeinousActsZX #703723 8 months ago |
I think I'm taking this far too seriously... |
| werkbau #703729 8 months ago |
^ I find Problem Sleuth funnier than Homestuck's overcomplicated story and characters if that helps. |
| HeinousActsZX #703736 8 months ago |
Okay, what the hell is up with the key?!?
Is it shape-shifting? Is the guy delusional?!?! I really don't get it! |
| cyber95 #703737 8 months ago |
I don't know what you're talking about dude. His gun is perfectly normal. |
| HeinousActsZX #703746 8 months ago |
Okay, so it is a gun?
He did shoot with it. |
| HeinousActsZX #703753 8 months ago |
Arrrg, I need to get to bed, but this conversation's not over.
Expects PMs from me tomorrow. |
| Sevireth #703921 8 months ago |
>His gun is perfectly normal.
well, it's only until his key runs out of bullets |
| ElementofChaos #704146 8 months ago |
Oh god I love this blog so much.
*reads comments* ...Poor Heinous XD |

A lot of Problem Sleuth's humor is in absurdism and non-sequiturs. Don't think too hard about it, just accept everything at face value. If you find yourself obsessing over the key that isn't a key, then it...probably isn't for you. (Which is okay. You don't /have/ to get or enjoy everything.)
Despite the name, Woonastuck seems to be more Problem Sleuthy than Homestucky, which I appreciate. I |

^ uh sorry. That last "I" shouldn't be there. |

heinous, that's a running gag with MSPA.
Problem Sleuth will always be my favorite though. |
