I haven't seeen that cartoon though I could believe it. However, I agree with anon 946 with the qualification that this is G1 Starscream. He might be more competent in later incarnations, but BOY he gave Cobra in the 80s G.I. Joe cartoon a run for their money in terms of sheer bumbling. ...come to think of it, both Dash and the rest of the Mane 6, are utter tactical geniuses compared to the G1 Decepticons. |
