The seen tablet thing on the right is part of a ancient Egyptian showroom in some museum.
Every night, it awakes all other pieces in the museum, and they walk (if they can) around and live until the night ends.

An ancient Egyptian tome makes representations of things come to life as what they represent.

The tome makes its way to a museum, which, of course, is full of representations.

The main character is a servant to this dark power and it's powered by the unwitting souls of the visitors, but the movie doesn't bother explaining that part.

A real live pinkie? I'm not sure I can take the amount of sugar she'd jam down my throat.

Basically, there's a pharaoh's magic tablet that, at night, brings all the exhibits to life, and they act just like their real-life counterparts and then some. For example, the tyrannosaurus skeleton acts pretty much like you'd expect ol' rex to, but there's also a talking Moai (Easter Island) statue. And, of course, the pharaoh is a flesh-and-blood replica as opposed to a crumbling mummy, and he and all other historical figures can tell you about their life experiences and thoughts, to an extent (they're aware they are only models and such but play their roles exceedingly well).

That being the case, Pinkie Pie statue may very well have all of the characteristics of show Pinkie. Just make sure she isn't outside when the sun rises, or you'll get a serious case of this:
