I suggest that you reduce the mana cost by one black mana. That way, it would be playable.

Hmm... There are two ways to make the ability work:

1. Creepy Brony has intimidate as long as an opponent controls a Pony.
2. Whenever Creepy Brony attacks, if defending player controls a Pony, Creepy Brony gains intimidate until end of turn.
