For an uncommon, that's broken. I think the card should keep the first ability and get rid of the second ability. |

This isn't overpowered. Trample, flying, protection from white, board wipes, and attacking with lots of creatures are all easy ways to beat it. |

I don't see how this is broken. Cards like Wall of Vapor are comparable- and you can't even enchant this one. You have a free permanent blocker that your opponent can get rid of by casting Giant Growth. Hardly OP. |

Proper templating:
Whenever Heartbreaker Filly blocks or becomes blocked, prevent all damage that would be dealt to it this turn. Whenever Heartbreaker Filly becomes the target of a spell or ability, exile it. Return Heartbreaker Filly to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step. |
