No, this is just a lost chapter of Fluttershy's Cellar, where Fluttershy goes too far. Her "YOU'RE WORTHLESS DASH! YOU'LL NEVER JOIN THE WONDERBOLTS" was too much and caused Dash to completely break and burst into tears. It ends with Fluttershy hugging crying Dash. |

This is seriously the most intense and heartbreaking expression of sadness given to anypony in the show so far.. It's exactly what your face does when you cry.
Haven't seen this in a while in a cartoon. (And in animes, when they doit, they make it look ridiculous most of the time) |
