Youtube's copyright claim system is broken, because you don't have to prove you actually represent the company who owns the material. All you have to do is say you are Hasbro, Paramount, or whoever, and Youtube will accept your claim in good faith. Whatever happened to putting their good faith in the people who are actually putting videos on Youtube? |
