I completely agree with @noonemusteverknow and I'm really really glad to hear these occassional voices of sanity. I don't think I could enjoy FiM (or most other pastimes I like) if I felt it was a form of escapism. If this show really is that important, then I'm really sorry for you, but at least I hope it will help people come out of their shell, not draw back into it. |

I seriously don't like my life. I don't say that being alive always sucks or that I have any serious problems with my life but it's actually very few people that can say they're enjoying their lives without that being just reassuring of themselves. |

I may be of course wrong (and I'm probably am),
but I think that pessimists are the people who try so hard to find happiness, that they actually end up being downed and dissapointed in life (like dudemang, for example). And optimists are the people who have being beaten by life so hard, that they actually don't feel the anxiety or emotional pain. They say "Yes" to life, because they don't give a f*ck what happens is they fail. |
