If you want to have activated abilities without names, just use Magic Workstation.

Also, that ability is ridiculously broken.

no one says atop of it's on top of, to use atop it should say from atop your library not atop of your library

A better ability (sticking to what show canon)

2T: Tap any artifact you control to deal damage equal to the casting cost of the artifact to a target creature or player.

Kicker: You may spend 2 any number of times to tap any artifact you control to deal damage equal to the casting cost of the artifact to the same target creature of player from the original ability.

Uh, Masem.. how can you tap the same artifact more than once?

The ability on the card is ridiculously broken, but the last time I played was in Revised- I should know what ridiculously broken looks like (and it's worse now than it was then).

Waitaminute.

You don't tap cards by turning them clockwise. You tap them by turning them counterclockwise.

Holy imba. It would be pretty amazing if it were draw-and-discard, but dumping a card off the top of your library deck isn't really a cost.

778: meant multiple artifacts. Realized now it could be written easier as:

T, XX: Tap X artifacts you control to deal damage equivalent to their total casting cost to a target creature or player.

@ CaliBrony: I think you mean "Magic Set Editor". Magic Workstation is a completely different program.

@ Masem: You seriously need to learn the proper formatting for Magic cards. The first ability you describe is called a 'multikicker'—it's not a common ability, but it exists. Secondly, all costs for activated abilities go [mana cost], [tap or untap], then [additional costs]. Thirdly, syntax—if an ability deals damage in any way, you say "[CARDNAME] deals X damage to target creature or player"; be specific as there is no such thing as "equivalent", only "equal"; and if it's a required part of an ability's cost, you can put it before the colon.

So the ability in 269 would be phrased as such:
"XX, T, Tap X untapped artifacts you control: [CARDNAME] deals damage equal to the total converted mana cost of all artifacts tapped this way to target creature or player."

@ Silver: No, you tap by turning them clockwise. Going counter-clockwise, you're untapping the card.
