It's nice to know that I'm not the only one who still prefers CRT technology for monitors. Because they're better. |

I bought a new old stock monitor as they are cheaper than LCD's. $50 total for a ViewSonic 17 inch screen. Direct from China manufacturer has them for $150, shipping included. I prefer the CRT screens over LCDs as they are multisync, you can change the screen dimensions without hurting picture quality. It'll be quite a while before LCD screens are made fine enough to be multisync. What they have out now, is pseudo-multisync, it looks awful if you change the screen dimensions. |
