Not to sound like a jerk, but this is why I'm not big on steampunk, Dash can already fly so why give her metal wings?
The stempunk jetpack and googlies are fine but the wing make it look stupid to me. |

I would say she's going so fast her wings (and eyes) can't take the force of the air pressure, and flapping them anyway would be pointless, so the encasing is so that she still has the use of her wings to steer. |
