And now it's time for Bum Reviews with Chester A. Bum.
Tonight's review: My Little Pony: May The Best Pet Win. OOOOH MY GOD THIS IS THE GREATEST EPISODE I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! My Little SPOILERS! There's this pegasus pony, named Rainbow Dash! And she likes to do what I like to do: Sleep anywhere and bring a pillow along! Although I usually end up getting arrested. And so one day she's sleeping in the park! When all her friends come in and start playing with their pets! And Rainbow Dash realizes that she's the only pony out of all her friends that doesn't have a pet! So Rainbow is like: "I'm going to get a pet right now!" And Fluttershy is like: -squeegasm- "Oh my God! I'll help you! I'll help you!" And then they go to Fluttershy's house, where Fluttershy helps Rainbow pick out a pet! -I- had a pet once! He tasted so good... And so then Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash sing a song while they decide which pet would work well with Rainbow! I was so happy! They hadn't had anypony sing a song since the last episode of season one! Why didn't they sing for so long? You would think that Pinkie would have broken out into song at least once since the Gala! But I digress. So Rainbow Dash picks out a bald eagle, a hawk, a bat, an owl, and a turtle! And I'm like "There's no way the turtle can keep up with Rainbow Dash!" But Fluttershy is like: "Just give him a chance!" And Rainbow Dash is like: "Oh, fine..." So Rainbow holds a bunch of contests to test how fast and how cool they are! And the turtle is trying so hard! But he just can't do anything well! And Rainbow Dash is like: "You're hopeless" And the tortoise is like: -Play "How could this happen to me" - But he's still there for the last event, which is the big race through a really dangerous-looking gorge! And Rainbow is like: "Don't let the name fool you, it's really just a lot of fun to fly through this!" And then she flies past a bunch of holes that GIANT FREAKING EELS pop out of when you fly past them! So she's flying way ahead of all the other animals! But then she accidentally triggers an avalanche! And she gets her wing caught under a giant boulder she can't move! So she's like: "Hey, help me!" And the animals are like: "Hey, you wanted us to win the race, so see ya!" And Rainbow is like: "F***!" So she's all distressed! But then the tortoise comes in! And Rainbow is like: "Aw man, now I'm going to be stuck here forever with you!" But then the tortoise is like, really freaking strong, and lifts the boulder up with his head! And Rainbow is like: "Wow! That's awesome!" And so all the animals cross the finish line, where the other ponies are waiting! And they're like: "Man, what's taking Rainbow so long?" But then they see a figure in the distance! And they're like: "OH MY GOD IT'S RAINBOW DASH RIDING A TURTLE!' Everypony else: TORTOISE! So Rainbow Dash decides to take the tortoise in as her pet because, you know, he actually helped her when she was in need! And she gives him a helicopter propeller so he can fly with her! I swear to God I didn't smoke anything! The tortoise has a freaking helicopter attachment! I bet it was Pinkie Pie. She's always building crazy flying machines like that one episode with the gryphon. This is Chester A. Bum saying, CHANGE! YA GOT CHANGE? Ah come on, help a guy out, will ya? Come on, change! Well at least give me some money to get a turtle! I promise I'll take good care of him! ...until I have to make some turtle soup, then I can't guarantee that. |
