I'm sure somebody (or bodies) will make some, but everyone has different interpretations of how humanized ponies should look. For example, some people might like a chubby Pinkie Pie, or black Twilight, or flat chested Rainbow Dash.
Me, I don't really care about humanized ponies all that much, but I tolerate them. |

Highly Unlikely. If it ever gets done, it might look low quality. You have to factor in the time and work spent on making a human model, PLUS you need to choose a (common) design from all the artists found on the net. Also, reference pictures. You need tons of 'em. |
