I can imagine it now: He's terribly wounded and of course susceptible to being caught by the police or whatever. He stumbles into the Ponyville infirmary because it was the nearest town.
Nurse Redheart, in an act of simple goodwill and simply saving a life, hides her from his would-be-captors and heals him. This, combined with the time he's spent with her, serves as the catalyst for his love towards her. She however, never even intended it to get this far, and acts hesitant, resistant, and near outright despair. Thus comes a conflict within himself. He had robbed hundreds of banks, stolen priceless artifacts, destroyed countless buildings, people, and societies, but even after all he's conquered, he finally stumbles upon something that bests him. Love. What unfolds after that? Dunno. That's the fun of writing. Sometimes. |
