I can see where the artist is coming from, chances are, the animators have been thinking the exact same thing. I mean, they've used the 'pushed-cheeks-up-so-bottom-of-eyes-gets-obscured-but-now-the-mouth-doesn't-look-odd' style in previous episodes, even way back near the beginning of Season One. So I'll bet you a thousand bits the animators are all saying "We can improve by doing this instead".
At the end of the day, they're experimenting with different angles and techniques, and so far they've nailed it all on their first try, while I find nothing bad about today's animation, I can still see where things can be improved. At the same time, I applaud and respect the animators for their work. |

Now that's downright unsettlin'.
I agree with Mattatattattatatta that it's a good thing they're not getting complacent with their animation. Then again, it was Dash herself who complained about going to Freakytown. It seems she's now a resident. |
